Specjalizuje się w pozyskiwaniu funduszy unijnych i wdrażaniu norm ISO, wspierając rozwój przedsiębiorstw oraz budowanie globalnych relacji między instytucjami publicznymi i prywatnymi.

Previously, as President of the Management Board of EP Eco Construction (2020), Mr. Dawid Mierzyński ran a company specializing in property management and environmental protection, which is part of the leader in the private equity real estate market, Griffin Real Estate. His previous experience includes managing S & M Investment Group Sp. z o. o., a company dealing with residential construction and real estate in Europe. He also cooperated with WWF International as the Director of the Internal Audit Department, supervising projects related to environmental protection in the real estate segment. Over the years, Mr. Dawid held key positions in international companies such as Ecology Switzerland, where as the Managing Director he was responsible for ecological investments in real estate. He was also the Management Board Representative at WWF International and Co-Managing Partner at MATEXI Sp. z o. o., listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
In 2021-2023, he held a key role as Strategic Advisor to the CEO of the Austrian Capital Group J&S Industrial Investments Inc., which managed assets exceeding EUR 200 billion. In 2024, after a restructuring process, he took over the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, creating the current company, which includes 125 subsidiaries in five capital groups.
Dawid Mierzyński not only distinguished himself in the field of management, but also as an expert in obtaining EU funds, obtaining over 60 million euros for the Ecology Switzerland Group. His career also includes work in high positions at Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT and Polskie Koncern Naftowy ORLEN SA, where he held functions related to compliance and corporate governance. Dawid Mierzyński is a marketing graduate and also completed with distinction managerial courses for members of Supervisory Boards and Management Boards of State Treasury companies.
He has received numerous awards, including diplomas from the Silesian Voivode for successfully obtaining EU funds. Since 2018, working with leading hotel companies such as Hilton Worldwide and Jumeirah Group, Mr. Mierzyński has implemented six strategic commercial agreements, contributing to successes in the luxury real estate industry.
